From Interstate 91 take Exit 2. Turn right on Western Ave. going west.
After about one mile look for the 7/11 gas station at the corner of Greenleaf and Western Ave.
Turn Left on to Greenleaf.
Take the first right on to Abbott Road. When it ends, keep going straight ahead as you are now on Ames Hill Road.
Travel 3 miles up to the top, passing Barrows Road and Upper Houghton Road. My house is the very next house after after the Houghton Road sign. It has a steel roof and is set back in the field. There is room for quite a lot of parking in the driveway. So check it out before you park on the road.

ROBERT H. GIBSON RIVER GARDEN, 153 Main Street, Brattleboro, VT.
From I-91, Exit 2, turn left onto Western Ave. At a small park on the right, bear gently left onto High St, following signs for Route 9. When High St meets Main St in a T intersection, the River Garden is directly ahead, a one story building with a glass atrium roof. Street parking is available on High and Main Streets. As you descend the High St hill toward Main St, the High-Grove Parking Lot is on the left and the entrance to the Harmony Parking Lot is on the right just before Main Street. OAK GROVE SCHOOL GYM, Brattleboro, VT.
Take exit 1 off I-91. Take Route 5 north into Brattleboro. Go through first light. Take next possible right turn, a few blocks along, on Clark Ave. Follow to Parkside Street on right. Turn right. WEST VILLAGE MEETING HOUSE, West Brattleboro, VT. Take Exit 2 off I-91; turn right at the end of the ramp from either north or south. Follow Route 9 through West Brattleboro to blinking yellow light, veer left off main road, and go past the front of Fire Station, cross the street and up the dirt road hill to WVMH. Sign at bottom of hill.

HOROWITZ HALL / VERMONT ACADEMY, Saxtons River, VT
From Brattleboro: Take exit 5 off I-91. Turn left and drive under interstate, follow road to T. Turn right on Back Westminster Road. Follow to T intersection. Turn left on Route 121 and follow into Saxtons River village. Turn right on Pleasant Street, (if you come to the Market, you've gone too far) and *take the second Vermont Academy entrance at Shephard Lane.  Horowitz Hall is the first left. Go around to the side and back to park away from the front entrance.
From the North: take exit 6 off I-91. Turn right on 103, and follow it onto Rte 5 south. Follow US 5 through Bellows Falls to the traffic light. Turn onto Vermont 121. Follow it 5 miles into Saxtons River and turn right onto Pleasant St. Follow directions from * above.
From Springfield: take Parker Hill Road South to Rte. 103. Turn right on 103. Turn left at Pleasant Valley Road. Bear left onto Main Street/Route 121. Turn left at Pleasant Street and follow directions from * above. Click here for a Google map.

MICHAEL S. CURRIER CENTER, PUTNEY SCHOOL, Putney, VT.
From the South: Take I-91 north from Brattleboro to exit 4. Turn left off the exit ramp, and follow the access road over the Interstate up to Route 5. Turn right and *follow Route 5 (Main Street)  to the center of town (Town Hall on the left, Diner on the right). Turn left onto Kimball Hill, towards Westminster West. Follow this road until you pass the Putney Central School on your right. Turn left on West Hill Rd. Follow West Hill up to the crest of the hill, past the Apple Orchard on your right. Turn left onto Houghton Brook Rd. (small sign for Putney School). Make your next left onto the dirt access road onto the campus. The Currier Center is a large contemporary building on your right. BAMS (Brattleboro Area Middle School) BACK DOOR:
Take exit 1 off I-91 onto Route 5 North. From Route 5, turn right at the traffic light, onto Fairground Road. Turn right onto Atwood Street (just before the high school). Atwood Street will take you around behind the High and Middle Schools. Keep going. Atwood Street bears left: go into farthest parking lot. ACADEMY SCHOOL, W. Brattleboro, VT.
Take Exit 2 off I-91; turn right at the end of the ramp from either north or south. Follow Route 9 1.1 mile West. Turn left into the church parking lot; go behind the church and back around to the brick school. There’s a blinking light & fire station just a little ways further along Rt. 9, if you pass them you’ve gone too far.

GREEN STREET SCHOOL, Brattleboro, VT
From Main Street, Brattleboro: From the intersection of Elliott St. and Main St., go west on Elliott St. past the Harmony Parking Lot. Turn right at the dry cleaners, and make another left onto Green St. The school will be on your left a couple of blocks up, before you reach Route 9 (Western Ave.)
From I-91: take exit 2. Turn left onto Western Ave. (Route 9). Follow this road to Green St. Take a shallow right turn. The school is on your right. Click here for a Google map.

BRATTLEBORO UNION HIGH SCHOOL Gym, Brattleboro, VT
Take exit 1 off I-91, turn toward Brattleboro at end of ramp (from north, turn left; from south, turn right). Travel a short distance on Route 5 to the first traffic light, turn right onto Fairground Road. High School will appear on your right. LATCHIS THEATRE, Brattleboro Downtown.
From the south: take I-91 to exit 1. Turn right and drive north on route 5 (also called Canal St.). Pass “Malfunction Junction”, the intersection of  NH route 119, Canal St., and Main St. Bear left-ish through the intersection and turn left at Flat Street. The theatre is immediately on your left (yes, it’s a movie theatre). Drive on a little ways and you’ll find a parking garage (pay and display) on your right, and a small parking lot (also pay and display). Click here for a Google map.

BELLOWS FALLS OPERA HOUSE, On the Square, Bellows Falls, Vermont
From the North:Take Exit 6 of I-91. At end of ramp, turn right and travel on Rte. 5 South to Downtown Bellows Falls. At first light, turn right onto Westminster Street.
From the South:Take Exit 5 off of I-91 North. At end of ramp, bear right. At bottom of hill turn left onto Rte. 5 North. Go 3 miles to Downtown Bellows Falls, entering The Square via Westminster Street.
From Boston Area:(110 miles from Boston, allow 2 1/4 hours) The quickest way is Rte. 2 to Rte. 140 to Rte. 12. Once in North Walpole look for a left turn at a traffic light next to a rail yard. Go over the Vilas bridge which spans the falls of the Connecticut River and brings you into VT via Bridge Street. Take Bridge Street .5 miles to its end in Downtown Bellows Falls
